Refund policy
CACTUS MINERAL's refund policy is 15 days from receipt of your order. If more than 15 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be BROKEN. It must also be in the original packaging. Please send a photo by email to: info@cactusmineral.com and this upon receipt of your package.
The size of all products is indicated on each item, no complaints will be accepted regarding the size.
All of our items are natural stones and fossils. Please understand that there will be NO refunds for slight variations in texture, pattern and / or color on any parts you receive from what is shown in the photo.
We do our best to photograph minerals and fossils in the most natural way possible, however colors may vary depending on lighting types. There may also be slight variations in color from what you see on your monitor.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified time frame.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released.
Then contact your bank. There is often a little processing time before a refund is mailed.
